Terms of use

By using a HouzWare app you agree to these terms. They sit alongside the terms of access you accept inside the app the first time you sign in; where an in-app acceptance applies to you, that acceptance governs the detail and this page is its public summary.

Accounts

HouzWare accounts are issued by your employer or by the restoration company you are working with — you do not create one yourself inside the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.

Acceptable use

Use the apps only for the restoration work they are built for, only for jobs you are party to, and in line with the law and your agreement with the company that gave you access. Do not attempt to reach data for jobs or people you are not working with.

The content you add

Photos, notes and documents you add are used to carry out and document the job, and are shared with the other parties to that job as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you upload being accurate and yours to share.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the apps available but do not guarantee they are uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is". Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact
